The new Bladerunner manifold kit for the popular 7.3L Power Stroke is constructed of cast A356-T6 aluminum and features the patented MDV (Multiple Directional Vane) technology which helps increase intake velocity for increased flow, lower EGT's, improved MPG and faster turbo spool up times.
This system contains one Bladerunner intake manifold which outflows the factory unit by 18% and one Bladerunner turbo outlet manifold that outflows the factory unit by 15%. This is a direct bolt-on system with all hardware and brackets required for an easy installation. These manifolds also come with 1/8" NPT ports for nitrous, gauges or testing probes.

Eliminate the costly exhaust manifold cracks prevalent in the factory exhaust manifold. The aFe Bladerunner exhaust manifold for the popular 5.9L Dodge Cummins is constructed out of cast 304 stainless steel with a reinforcing rib for strength. The Bladerunner exhaust manifold produces an air flow increase of 23% over the stock manifold This manifold also features 2 EGT probe ports, thick wall design for increased strength (0.25" vs 0.15" for the stock unit),, matched ports and has a merged runner design to maximize maximize exhaust flow. This manifold will also improve turbo spool up times which improve overall performance and throttle response.
